New Patients

If you are a new patient at Power Within Chiropractic of Elk River or it has been more than 3 years since your last visit, please select New Patient – Chiropractic for you appointment. Our new patient paperwork is on our website. Please print, fill out prior to your appointment and bring it with you at your visit. If you are unable to print, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork.

We are now able to book Massage Therapy appointments through our online booking system. There are options for 30, 60, or 90 minute massage.

Massage Therapy Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of apt is ½ the cost of massage
  • No Call No Show – full amount of massage
