Dr. Mychaela “Callie” Harp Koehler, DC, CCSP®, ICSC

Dr. Mychaela “Callie” Harp Koehler received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University, College of Chiropractic. Dr. Harp Koehler also holds her CCSP® degree as a board certified Chiropractic Sports Physician from the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians. Roughly only 5,000 individuals in the world hold this distinction. Dr. Harp Koehler has also received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Biology and Sports Medicine from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University. As part of Dr. Harp Koehler’s nine years of education, she completed two years of intense training through various internships under many talented chiropractors throughout the Twin Cities. She also completed numerous continuing education specialty seminars allowing Dr. Harp Koehler to specialize in Sport Chiropractic & Rehabilitation and Applied Kinesiology (AK) which uses muscle testing to help diagnose specific needs for each individual. Chiropractic offers you hands-on, effective treatments which can help to relieve pain and inflammation in your neck, back, and extremities; it offers alternatives which are non-invasive, non-surgical and natural.
Dr. Harp Koehler also utilizes Motion Palpation, nutritional counseling, and soft tissue techniques to help treat patients. Dr. Harp Koehler is a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner which helps with lymphatic drainage and muscle strains. She is also certified in Graston® technique and Webster technique. She uses muscle testing to help diagnose special needs for individuals from sports injuries to food sensitivities. She also works on the entire body and on many issues such as back and neck pain, headaches, and extremity problems. Dr. Harp Koehler performs manual adjustments, cranial work, activator, as well as drop-piece adjustments to offer safe and effective chiropractic treatments. Dr. Harp Koehler has a whole body, conservative approach to health and wellness. Spending more time with patients, her compassion, enthusiasm, and positive energy for each patient’s well-being can truly be felt.
Dr. Harp Koehler previously practiced chiropractic in Hastings, MN before her and her husband, Jake, moved to Elk River. They enjoy raising their two boys, Kellen and Levi, in the community that her husband grew up in. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, attending concerts and sporting events, and loves to golf as much as she can.



Dr. Mikala Bocan, DC, MS, ATC, CCSP®, ICSC
Chiropractor
2024 Young Practitioner of the Year award winner.
Dr. Mikala is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and Athletic Trainer. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Bethel University, she went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic and Master’s in Sports Medicine degrees from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Mikala’s love for sports and healthcare stemmed from an active upbringing in Minnesota where she played competitive soccer through college. Rehabilitating from a variety of injuries with athletic trainers, physical therapists, and chiropractors inspired her to pursue a career helping others in similar situations improve their health and wellness.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, playing competitive soccer, traveling, hiking, and drinking coffee.
A visit with Dr. Mikala will consist of a thorough history and examination followed by a combination of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapies, and rehabilitative exercises individually tailored to reach each patient’s goals.

Dr. Micayla "Mack" Steflor, CCSP®
Chiropractor and Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician®
Dr. Mack received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon and is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® (CCSP®). Prior to chiropractic school, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences with Honors in Research Distinction from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she also ran as an NCAA Division I cross country and track athlete. Originally from Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Dr. Mack is excited to return to the area and serve the local community.
Dr. Mack completed an advanced Clinical Sports Medicine Fellowship with NeuroSport Spine and Concussion Center, where she specialized in the treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries, concussion patients, and individuals with dysautonomia and POTS. During her fellowship, she was trained in the Moreau POTS Protocol™ and uses an evidence-informed approach centered around comprehensive examinations, therapeutic exercise, hands-on care, and co-management when appropriate.
In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Mack is a co-founder of the Black Sports Chiropractic Network (BSCN), where she remains involved in mentorship, education, and leadership within the sports chiropractic profession.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Mack enjoys staying active outdoors with her husband Lucas, traveling, and cross-country skiing.

Angela Christine Laskewitz
Massage Therapist
Meet Angela Christine Laskewitz, a dedicated massage therapist at Power Within Chiropractic of Elk River. Originally from Germany, Angela made her home in Minnesota’s Blooming Prairie in 1985. With a wealth of experience in healthcare, she spent 20 years in the emergency room and 5 years as an EMT before finding her true passion in massage therapy in 2018 after graduating from Riverland Community College in Austin, MN.
Angela specializes in various massage techniques, including deep tissue, cupping, Gua Sha, and pregnancy massage. She believes in the power of bodywork to promote healing and overall wellness.
Outside of her professional life, Angela enjoys gardening, fishing, camping, and cherishing quality time with her family, including her two children and beloved grandson. She is excited to help you harness your own power within through her therapeutic services!

Kelsey Haack
Massage Therapist
Kelsey is a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of experience helping clients reduce pain, recover from injuries, and improve overall mobility. She has extensive experience working alongside chiropractors and specializes in therapeutic massage for injury recovery, neck and shoulder tension, and clients recovering from auto accidents.
